Velnox is committed to providing you with high quality products that meet your needs.  Velnox products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.  If the products, when used in accordance with the How to Use instructions provided with the products, fail due to defective manufacture, we will replace the products, at no cost to you.  You are entitled to a either a replacement product or refund, at your discretion.  This warranty is given in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

We use Australia Post for all our domestic shipments within Australia.  Our service goal is to pack and ship all orders received by 5pm on any business day, on the following day. This applies to week day orders. Weekend orders may require an additional day to be packed and shipped. Australia Post has variable shipping times throughout Australia, with most metro deliveries completed within 3 business days. We use standard delivery for our flat rate shipping.

We use DHL for all of our international shipments.  All orders are processed via a DHL Express international shipping option, which has a 6-10 day delivery time estimate, depending upon where the orders are to ship to.  We will introduce an economy shipping option in the future when these options again become available. Certain countries may charge import duties, taxes and other fees. These are not included in the shipping cost in the cart.

Upon verification of the defective manufacture, Velnox will either provide a full product refund, including shipping, or provide you with a replacement product.

Velnox cannot accept the return of a product that has been used, but is not defective, and expressly excludes the following from refund or replacement:

1.       Upon inspection by Velnox, the product is found not to be defective, or failure was due to non-compliance with the How to Use guides.

2.       Damage to the products is found to be caused by excessive wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accidental impacts with hard objects.

3.       The product is missing components

4.       The product has been modified or altered in any way.
